Buy a credit top-up

Buy a one-time pack of credits from the Credits tab when you need more than your plan's monthly allowance, without changing your plan.

A top-up is a one-time purchase of credits on top of your plan. You buy it from the Buy credits section of the Credits tab on Billing & Usage → Billing; payment happens on Stripe's checkout page, and the credits land as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Before you start

  • Only the workspace Owner can buy credits.
  • Have a card ready. Top-ups are charged once; they are not added to your subscription.

Buy credits

  1. Open Billing & Usage → Billing, click Credits and find the Buy credits section.

  2. Pick a pack size from the dropdown. Bigger packs cost less per credit; the price and the rate per credit update as you choose.

  3. Click Buy Credits. The button reads Redirecting… and you are taken to Stripe's checkout page. Nothing is charged until you confirm there.

  4. After paying you return to the Credits tab. The credits show under Top-up credits, and the pack appears in a Purchased credits list with how much is left and its expiry date. The receipt is on the Billing History tab.

How top-ups are spent

  • Plan credits are spent first, then top-ups, closest expiry first.
  • Each pack expires 12 months after purchase. In its last 30 days the Purchased credits list warns Expires in … days.
  • Top-ups survive the monthly reset and a plan downgrade, but are forfeited 30 days after you cancel your subscription.
