Integrations overview

What you can connect under Configure → Integrations, how each kind of connection works, and how to tell which services are already connected.

· For owners and admins

On this page

The Integrations page lists the third-party services a workspace can connect to and shows which ones are already connected. You find it in the workspace settings under Configure → Integrations; only owners and admins see this part of the sidebar.

What is in the list

  1. Open Configure → Integrations. The All integrations section lists every service with a one-line description. The buttons on the right filter the list by category: All, Outreach, CRM, Notifications, Automation and Ads.

  2. Pick a category to narrow the list. CRM, for example, leaves only HubSpot and Salesforce.

How connecting works

There are three kinds of connection, and the row tells you which one you get:

  • Sign in with the provider. HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack and Google Ads open a dialog that shows the Connection Status and a single Connect to … button. Clicking it sends you to the provider's own sign-in and consent page. See Connect HubSpot, Connect Salesforce, Connect Slack and Google Ads.

  • Paste an API key. HeyReach and Instantly open their own page where you add one or more keys under Add API Key. See Connect HeyReach and Connect Instantly.

  • Follow a guide. Zapier opens GenPage's Zapier guide on the GenPage website in a new tab; there is nothing to set up on this page.

To check whether a service is connected, open its row: the dialog's Connection Status tells you, and a connected service offers Disconnect instead of Connect to …. Disconnecting always asks you to confirm first.
