Import leads into a landing page
Attach leads to a landing page from a CSV, by hand or from HeyReach, and let GenPage build one personalised page per lead.
On this page
A landing page becomes personalised when you attach leads to it. GenPage takes the design you built once and writes one page per lead, each with its own link, filling your variables from that lead's details. This is where you send it the leads.
Add the leads
-
Open the landing page's leads — the Leads button in the editor toolbar — and click Import. The first step is Audience, where you choose where the leads come from.
The Audience step of the import with the Import from CSV, Add Manually and Import HeyReach cards -
Pick a source:
- Import from CSV — drag a file onto Drag & drop your CSV here or click Browse Files. The first row has to be the column headers, and only .csv files are accepted.
- Add Manually — type the leads into a table, one row each.
- Import HeyReach — pick one of your HeyReach lead lists and pull it in.
-
Match your columns to GenPage's variables. GenPage maps the obvious ones for you and tells you how many it matched; set the rest by hand so each column lands in the right variable. Anything you leave unmapped is not used on the page.
-
Step two is Generate. It tells you which landing page you are about to launch, how many credits the run will use and how many credits you have left. Check both, then click Generate.
- GenPage confirms Your pages are on their way and starts building. You can leave the screen; Go to Leads takes you to the list, and you are notified when the pages are ready.

The landing page's leads list has one row per lead, with Name, Company Name, LinkedIn, Email, the Link to that lead's own page, and a column for every variable the page uses. The copy icon beside a link copies it, and the badge beside it counts the other pages that lead has.
Edit Columns shows or hides variable columns, Filters narrows the list by audience or engagement, and Export downloads what you see.
What happens next
Generating pages does not publish them. Publish the landing page once, from the editor toolbar, and every lead's page becomes reachable at its own link.
