Create and fill an audience

Group leads into an audience so you can filter, enrich and generate landing pages for exactly the people you mean.

An audience is a named group of leads inside one workspace — "Enterprise SaaS", "SMB Founders", whatever fits your campaign. A lead can be in several audiences at once, and audiences are what you point a landing page template at. They live under Campaigns → Audiences.

Create an audience

  1. Open Audiences and click Actions.

  2. In the panel, open the Settings tab and click Create Audience.

  3. Give it an Audience name, pick a Color (or press Random), and click Create. The colour is what you see on the lead rows later, so make it easy to tell apart.

Create Audience dialog with a name filled in, a row of colour swatches and the Create button highlighted
  4. The audience appears under All Leads with its lead count and creation date.

Put leads in it

  1. Open All Leads, tick the leads you want, and click Actions. On the Audiences tab, choose Add to Audience.

  2. Keep Existing, tick the audience, and click Add to N Audience(s). Each row shows how many leads it already holds, and warns you when some of your selection is already in it. Create new makes a fresh audience and adds the leads in one go.

Add to Audience dialog with three audiences listed, one ticked, and the Add to 1 Audience(s) button highlighted
  3. Click the audience in the list to see only its leads. The table works exactly like All Leads, scoped to this audience — the chip beside Filters shows which one you are in, and clicking it takes you back.
