Find your form submissions

Everything a visitor fills in on one of your landing pages lands on one page: Optimize → Analytics, then Form Submissions. It is the record of every form on every page in the workspace, newest first.

Look through the submissions

1. Open Form Submissions. The page opens on Last 30 days, and the count next to the title is how many submissions match what you have chosen. Until a form has been filled in, it says No submissions yet — add a form block to a landing page from the editor's Insert panel. Visitor responses will appear here.

   

2. Once submissions arrive, each row shows the form it came from, the landing page it was on, when it arrived, and the first few answers. Click a row to open it and see every field, along with the visitor's IP address and a link to the page they were on.

3. Round chips above the table count the submissions per form, so a click on one is the quickest way to see just that form.

Narrow it down

1. Open Filters and choose a Landing page, a Form, or both. All landing pages and All forms clear them again.

   

2. Change the period with the date button, and use Search submissions... to look inside the answers themselves.

Export or delete

• Export CSV downloads exactly what your filters, date range and search have selected — not the whole workspace — as form-submissions-<date>.csv. Each row carries the form, the page address, the IP address, the time, and a column per field anyone submitted. The button is greyed out while there is nothing to export, and one download covers up to 10,000 submissions.
• To remove one, open its row and click Delete. GenPage asks first and warns that this removes the submission permanently. Webhooks that already fired are unaffected.
