Create a workspace
Add another workspace to your account from Workspace → Profile or the sidebar switcher. Needs the Scale plan or above; other plans are sent to Billing.
On this page
Each workspace has its own landing pages, leads, team and settings. Owners add a workspace from Workspace → Profile, or from the workspace switcher at the bottom of the sidebar.
Before you start
- You need the Owner role. Admins and members do not see Add Workspace.
- The first workspace on an account is always allowed. Every further workspace needs the Scale plan or above. On other plans the row reads Requires a Scale plan or above with an Upgrade link, and clicking it opens Billing instead of the dialog.
Add a workspace
-
In the sidebar, open Workspace → Profile and scroll to Manage.
-
Click Add Workspace. On a plan that allows several workspaces, the Create New Workspace dialog opens. The workspace shown here is on the Pro (Legacy) plan, so the row shows the upgrade hint instead.
Workspace profile page with the Add Workspace row highlighted under Manage; the row reads Requires a Scale plan or above with an Upgrade link -
Under Workspace URL, type the address of the new workspace: the part after
genpa.ge/. Use letters, numbers, hyphens and underscores only. The address must not be taken by another workspace. -
Optionally fill in Credit Limit: the most credits this workspace can use per billing cycle. Leave it empty for no limit.
-
Click Save Changes.
What happens next
GenPage opens the new workspace on its Landing Pages page and shows a confirmation. The workspace starts empty and is not your primary workspace; it draws on your account's shared credits, up to the limit you set. Give it a name with Rename a workspace.
From the sidebar
-
Click the workspace name at the bottom of the sidebar to open the workspace switcher.
-
Click Create new workspace. This opens the same Create New Workspace dialog. When your plan does not allow another workspace, the entry carries a Scale badge and clicking it shows Creating additional workspaces requires a Scale plan or above with an Upgrade action.
The workspace switcher menu open above the sidebar footer, with the Create new workspace entry highlighted and a Scale badge next to it
